The Heroine of Billa
After bouts of several guesses, it is now said that Nayantara will be the heroine of Billa, the remake. Billa, which stars Ajith in an all-new feel, is to be directed by Vishnuvardhan.
The film, which has kindled the anticipation of the industry, was in the news and speculations were high about who will play the heroine in it. Many names were bandied about and Vishnu was caught in a dilemma. But finally the mantle has fallen on the dashing Nayantara.
This is Nayantara’s big comeback (of sorts) after being away from Tamil since her three releases for Deepavali. She is currently busy in Telugu. The main movie she is now working in Telugu is Thulasi with Venkatesh. This is the first time that Nayantara will be acting with Ajith.
She has earlier worked with the likes of Rajini, VXXXX (albeit for a song), Suriya, Jeeva, Sarath and Simbu.
